I am usually up in that area several times a year doing some camping with the Grandson.

Hey Daniel,

Was looking on google map to see where Trenton was. It shows "Trenton state Park" there, but do not see such a park on the Florida state park web site. You know anything about that?

If you look at the I-75 SR 26 Exit in Gainesville just go west and its about 10 miles past newberry, which is 10 miles or so past gainesville. If you were to take Veterans Highway (589) then take US19 all the way north, you would drive right through chiefland and fanning springs, which is really close to me.

What I was asking...Google map shows "Trenton state Park" there, but do not see such a park on the Florida state park web site. Do you know what the google map is referring to?

As far as I know there is no Trenton State Park, but since we have the highest concentration of Natural Springs in the World right here there are parks all over the place, but none called Trenton State Park that I know of.


Edit: WTF? I see that now, that is the City Playground lolz!

I would say it is a Google screwup. I know they had all the addresses on my street screwed up until I corrected them .

One of those little Google cars with the ball camera thingy on top of it has been driving all the roads in and around Plant City for about a month now. Really, a month for Plant City? LOL

It is enetertaining to go on "street view" and see some of the stuff they put on there...just random sites and people doing stuff.
