Yup, both headlights and one fog had halos that had to be replaced. That was the easiest part, removing the bumper and putting it back together is the pain in the ass.

so what is your method for cracking them open? I have some halos I want to put in my fog lights on the strat to match the halos in the headlights...

For the headlights I put them in the oven at 225 for 15 minutes. Once you take them out they peel right open. For the fogs, you actually have to cut the front of the fog light lens off with a hack saw and glue it back on with silicone when your done.

Update: Once again I have summer teeth! I turned my halo's on tonight and found that another one for my rings has 3-9 leds out depending on their flicker. 3 are out for good and 6 leds flash whenever they want!
