they're tinted with film.
they were bought off CL for RamIt (thank you gift for installing my cab lights) but the wiring harness plug is different on his '02. then, i was gonna put on my truck, but discovered my wiring harness plug was different too...actually '02 to '06 are the same harness plug. these lights have the '07 to '08 plug.

Lee, you get the connector repair kit from Mopar for your truck and splice them in. Problem solved. Many guys do this. When swapping out for the after burner ones or to them.

Aaron, do you have any links, part numbers etc for these repair kits you speak of? I have spent countless hours on forums and the Internet trying to find a solution.
Thanks much.

So you need the connector repair kit to change your trucks connector to the 02-05 3rd gen? As long as you have the wiring on the light still it should plug right in. I have never tried this but this is based off of what I've heard. A good guy to get a hold of is DeMon-HeMi on dodgetalk.

Yes Aaron, the 02-06 trucks have 1 wiring harness plug, and, these lights have 2 wiring harness plugs which is for 07-08 trucks. The guy I bought them from said they came off his 06. But, I have a feeling that he bought them, notices the plug difference and sold them. Then I did the same thing, not knowing.
And yes, demon-hemi said in a post on another forum that he would me get them wired up, and told me to PM or email him with questions. I started emailing and PMing 3 to 3-1/2 weeks ago and he yet to respond.
So, if you know of an adaptor that will plug into my truck's 1 harness, then plug into the tail lights' 2 harnesses, please let me know.

There are the mopar connector kits for the 2 harness also. I sent him an email. I'll let you know what he says. But I know it can be done. I've seen it done on dodgetalk and a guy at work did the same that no longer here.
