that may help and is reccomended but i have always used the factory ground with no problems. make sure that all of your grounds are as short as possible and are connected to bare metal.

Pc, in all the electrical knowledge I have, I think fusing the starter and alternator, would lead to more of a hassle and or problems, cause say its cold and it wants to start hard it will blow the fuse, I even consulted my coworker on this and he said the same, he's been a electrical tech for 25 yrs...

No changes here, I have to fix a ground wire off the battery, and I am installing new terminals at the same time, which will lead to the big 3 upgrade later.
