Default See what you all think
So I got a VIN locked Superchips 3715 tuner off ebay for really cheap. I talked to a few people with the same problem, but they said Superchips would unlock it for pretty cheap. And that wasn't to long ago when they talked to them. Well I called today, and the guy said they don't fix them anymore because the machine or whatever it is that they use to fix the 3715's "broke" and they aren't going to fix it. So in turn, they won't unlock the tuner. My deal though is, the people I've talked to saying Superchips would unlock it only talked to them a couple months ago. The guy I talked to said they haven't messed with these tuners in almost a year. Seems fishy... think Superchips might be lying to me so they can get money out of me? Cause if I bought a new one from them, they'd give a $100 credit towards it if I bought a new one from them which would still be like $300. Wondering if I shouldn't call back and get ahold of their boss... What do you all think?

Call and ask for bryan, and see what he says. How much did you pay for it ? Cause a hundo may be a good deal in the end.

That blows! But I would think they use a software program to reflash the tuners, so it cant just break and never be fixed, its probably universal for all their tuners too.

Not to throw YOU a cureball but right now Diablo Predators are on Sale at $259 and IMO they are a lot better than Super chips. They will do more tuning.
