Default Headrest fitment
A guy has a set of 07 headrests will they slide into my seats fine? I'm sure my night runner headrest covers will fit, I'm waiting on pics so hopefully this is my ticket to finally get these in my truck....

Jay, can you get some measurement to compare the two? I would think they would interchange.

Depending how bad you want to use the headrest, an adaptor plate could be made to fit. Using a 1/8 thick plate 1-1/4 wide and say 8 long. Drill holes the diamenter of the mounting rods in the plate to align with the seat and the headrest. Plug weld the rods that fit the seat, this would make a bracket that fits your seat with holes that the headrest rods would fit. Slide the bracket onto the headrest and cut off the rods flush with the bracket and tig weld the bracket to the headrest and cool with a wet rag immediately. With the bracket pushed tight against the bottom of the head rest when welded it would be very hard to see if painted black. Just throwing out ideas.
