Looking for ideas for a custom switch panel
So, when I wire my lights onto my bull bar, I just dont wanna screw a switch onto the dash...I would rather utilize my cup holder and make a switch panel out of it...I dont use it anyway, so what they hay...
So, shoot me some ideas of how I should do it, to make it look pretty snazzy...I still want to be able to slide it in and out, so I can service the switches as needed....

Cut out a plate of steel in the same shape as the cup holder, then drill your holes for switches. As you can see, at one point in time I made a plate out of diamond plate, and had a switch in it for the power outlet.
Now I have the scangauge2 in it, stupid sun glare.
Then, get yourself a Geno's center console cup holder, I used to have one before I built my custom center console and I loved it!

Adam, YOU could do something like Tee and I did to our magnums. We had these fiberglass console covers made up; add switches to them and I believe that look cool...
See them in this picture to the right of our shifter...

That cup holder location is fucking retarded. Right above the headunit... So what happen's if you use it and the drink sweat's? Does it mean you gotta' drink faster?!?! Lol
Adam, 12x12 black plastic. $12.99 from Home Depot. Cut to fit, paint to match.

The cup holders in the early 2nd gens are useless unless you're not moving...
