I think you got a typo its 26, and 34 gallons, is that normal for a 2nd gen, I was wondering why you spend damn near more than me on gas.

Yeah, I had a typo there...yeah mine holds 34 gallons...maybe because yours is the short bed...cause I dont believe they changed the long bed fuel tank sizes between generations...

Unfortunately it is true. It wasn't bad when gas was 1.25, but now at 3.80 it hurts. My 5.9 (360) runs on premium. Has since the day I bought it.

I feel your pain 35 gallons is our capacity i never let it go below 1/2 tank last time it was over 90 bucks to fill it from 1/4 tank with diesel.

That was my prob the other day...If I only drive back and forth to work MON-FRI, I can do those 300 miles on a 1/2 tank...but I let it get down to 1/4 tank this weekend...and it cost me almost $90 to fill her back up with reg unleaded.
