V-Force Muffler??
Me and an older man at work were talking, he's huge into trucks. He told me hes got tons of mufflers at his house and he'd bring some to work and if I wanted them just take em. Well he brought in several Flowmasters, but were very rusty, under the flows I found 2 almost new V-Force mufflers.. After some research it seems as though some people call it a knock off Flowmaster 40.
I am going to put one on this weekend and see how it sounds, I will try to get a sound clip. They are only 2.25" and coming off a 3" I will have to get some reducers.

IMO, Flowmasters are way overplayed out...and a knock off is just as bad...no offense though. When I get my catback I am going Borla...

I don't like Flowmaster either, I just grabbed the V-Force then did the research. It won't hurt to try it out. I mean it was FREE. And two of them at that. The Ram is the first vehicle I owned with something other than Magnaflow. Right now I have no muffler at all.

Yeah after a lot of arguing my friends talked me into it. It's actually not that loud, it's super deep though. The only reason I really want another muffler on is because MDS sounds like complete crap. If it wasn't for that id just put some turn downs on it.

I did the exhaust in my S10...LOL...NAPA Soundmaster muffler, with a turn down right over the rear axle...but honestly with the 2.8 anything more than that is simply overkill...the problem with the GM 2.8 is air intake, not exhaust...

I am thinking about doing the Magnaflow Y Pipe, to an X Pipe, then running both these mufflers after the X. And if I don't like there sound i'll just put bullets on.

dont even use a y, just run pipe to the x-pipe and then pipe it to the mufflers and dump em itll sound mean a hell, running a y with this setup would be a waste...

All I run and have ever ran was Borla.
I have Magnaflow tip's on my '98 but the system consist of 2.75" stainless steel off longtubes to, two Borla XR muffler's.
Borla is very expensive but you actually can feel a difference.
