Default "NightMare" has arrived
2012 Mustang GT California Special (#12/TBD)
412 (rated) horsepower 5.0 V8
6 speed manual tranny
3.55 gears w/ advancetrak limited slip

Ordered 1/27, Built 3/3, Delivered 3/29

Picked it up today with 9.9 miles on the clock

Flat black GT/CS side stripes (up for debate about removing them)

Carbon Fiber dash, seats, and door trim

Raised GT/CS embossing on premium leather seats w/ carbon inserts

Initial review after 70 miles of "spirited" driving today.

#1 - There is so much power its just stupid. seriously
#2 - I need wider, stickier tires cause these 245 pirelli's just aint cuttin it
#3 - The stability of AdvanceTrak is absolutely stunning. It doesnt cut ALL power when you start spinning, only enough to get you to stop spinning
#4 - The ride/comfort and quietness in the interior is phenomenal. Equivalent to high end luxury cars. Seats are incredibly comfortable, suspension is very forgiving, and very little road noise in the cabin
#5 - SYNC is one of the coolest things out there....period.
#6 - Overall there is really no "cheapness" to be found. Seems to be made very well with high quality components.

I expected a LOT, and this car has far exceeded my expectations. Thanks for looking guys. I know its not a mopar, but i figured most of you would like to see it anyways.

Thanks to you all for letting me hang around here even if i'm not in your region. Its a fun place to hang around for sure.

Aaron; that car is the BOMB! I truely LOVE it. Most of US guys on here, IF you're are TRUE CAR guy love most all cars; I know I do!!!

IMO, I'd leave the CS side stripes; very Subtle and VERY COOL!

A while back I actually looked at ONE like this but was burgandy! The dealer itself was pretty "snotty" acting! Some are like that which for the life of ME, I cannot understand! The REAL shame IS: Our local dealer has Rouchs, MotorCraft, Shelbys all in STOCK!

That is a great looking car. I will be the first to admit that I am neither a ford man nor a car man but that vehicle might make me reconsider on both accounts. It looks great and sounds like it has the power to back up the looks. And she certainly would look good completely blacked out, but I feel that way about every black vehicle I see . Congrats buddy.
