Bumper pads and chin spoiler
Sooooo....had a brainfart today and was thinking about grabbing another can or two of that Dupli-Color car/truck paint that matches my truck and painting my top bumper cover, the plastic surround around the chrome and the chin spoiler to match my truck paint...or do yall think my chin spoiler should remain black? I am sure ya'll all know what a second gen front bumper looks like...

Exactly paintin both upper and lower is too much of one color, however the rear black covers fall in the silver but i think i would leave them black due to stepin on them would scratch them up making it a waist of time or you could tape off the tops and just paint the edges.

Speaking of my rear bumper, that is another thing I can do this weekend...I need to soak my bumper bolts in some penetrating oil and straighten it out....

UPDATE #1...the chin spoiler (air dam) will be deleted on Saturday...I am gonna find a good matching silver or grey paint to match the bottom on my truck and paint the plastic surround that color and the bumper cap will be whatever color my truck is...Garnet/maroon/burgandy...whatever...

No sir, it is intact...you want it? It was an idea given to me by BigT over at RF and I agree with him that it would look better without it.

just remember to spray some plastic adhesion paint first and then the primer and paint, I did the same thing to the 2nd gen that I used to have, I just painted mine all black bc my truck was black, but if you don't put the plastic adhesion paint on it won't ever stay up front.
