Intake temp?
Anyone know what the usual intake temp is? I have the app on my phone that reads it and it's saying 145 and it's 109 degrees out right now. Think that's pretty good?

Yeah that's not very good mine is always a few degrees hotter than the outside temp and that's a stock intake

Depends on where it's actually getting the temp reading. Unless they changed it on the newer 2nd gens, there's no IAT sensor in our factory intakes

I didn't even think of that! I know there's one coming off the intake manifold, I bet that's where its getting it's reading from. It was like 160 before the intake air hose I made so it did make a difference.
