Yesterday while I was in the hospital for my PFT, the FEDX man came with my SEMOPAR Calendars and he thru them on the front porch floor ~ IDIOT knew IT was going to rain and NOW we picked up and of course THEY ARE RUINED ~ HOW DAMN DISSAPOINTING!!!

Don't have the $40 to reorder the TWO Calenders and 100 cards right now.... made a claim with FED X and they said the driver will come back to pick them up sometime with the next three days. GOD only knows HOW LONG this process will take ~ probably be JUNE before all is said and done..... I'm PISSED!

They went on to tell me that the business that sent them has to make the claim and I told them IT WAS NOT A BUSINESS but a car club FRIEND that ordered these for me. NOW... I have to put a letter along with the damaged package and explain all of this.
What a pain in the A$$!!!

Call Fedex, give them the tracking number and tell them that they need to reimburse you the money for the merchandise.

Tell them that when you came home your package was in a fukken puddle and that the papers that were inside of it were ruined.

Keep me posted and let me know if I can help. Tell them they need to send you (or me directly) the money for the calendars and Ill get two more out to ya!

fedx sucks donkey balls, they always do that stuff to me, tried to leave my brakes in the mid of my driveway when it was pouring, come on ya know, they were the co to deliver my tv, never even knocked as i was waiting tracking the order, i called and bitched i was then his last drop, he said i knocked i said no you didnt i have been home all day....they are fukks, if we can help let us know....

Yup, got a "damaged call tag #" and a Claim #, but Kevin, don't worry about it ~ it surely had NOTHING to do with what YOU did for Tee and I and I'm grateful to YOU.
Surely you shouldn't have to be involved in this, I'll do my best to take car of it myself. They told me the driver would be back to pick it up anytime in the next THREE days... then we'll see what happens. When and IF I get the $40 I'll send it back to YOU and see IF you can get me 2 more calendars and 100 more DRY cards ~LOL~
(Just my luck ~ IF we order something it ALWAYS seems to get messed up ~ getting used to it!)

Please don't trouble yourself or get upset; YOU have surely done right by Tee and I and again WE are grateful. Hate I hafta give 'em to them but there just gonna FALL apart IF I kept 'em!

damn that is truly messed up, and honestly they all do the same crap, here at my house ups and usps as well just gets here and dont even bother knocking or anytjing, sometimes if they feel like it put the package in a bag and toss it over the freaking gate (6 ft tall btw) and that pisses me off but no damage thus far, I can only imagine how pissed off you are Jim, hope all gets resolved quickly
