I personally have no clue...
I do have a set of 2000 360 Magnum head's F/S cheap... Which if you can use the 318 head's, you can use the 360.

to me it would seem the 360 heads would be way to big, now the 318 heads is a good question....

The 318 and the 360 are generally the same head. There were difference's in valve sizing between the Magnum and R/T line's.
I could set a set of 318MAG and 360MAG head's next to each other and you couldn't tell the difference.

Hell, if you can use the 318 head's you can use the 3.9 Mag V8 head's too!
The 239ci/318ci/360ci engine's all used the same type of head. The 3.9s had really small CC's but also really small valves'.

Supporting mod's for a head swap are an intake, cam and header's... That's if you're doing some nice aluminum head's or a setup of that nature. Not a set of stocker's that may bump the hp/tq 10-25 and up the compression.

How do you expect to get 318 heads which belong on a pushrod engine, to go on a 4.7l which is a Single overhead cam engine? The 4.7l has two cams (a cam in each head), and 2 timing chains, where the 318 magnum has 1 cam in the block, with push rods to actuate the valves. There are no push rods in a 4.7. There is no possible way that they will fit.
And by the way, 318/360 heads are exactly the same. No difference at all.
